Matt, I believe the building in the picture is the Starret-Lehigh Building. I did some work in the Starret building during my drywall finishing days in the 1980s. The Starret building impressed me in that the service elevator was equipped to take trucks up to the floors and the trucks would drive off into the service dock areas on each floor.
