Matt…you’ve posted this photo before. The only reason I know that is because I absolutely loved it the first time I saw it. At least one year later, I still do.
For such a little fella, he sure is full of life. Of course the hat is what really completes the outfit. Kudos to parents who take the time to dress their kids up for special occasions…particularly considering their child will probably only to be able to wear the clothes once or twice before they grow out of them. 🙂
