“The Central Park Five” 1989

This is one of sixteen photos I took which were included in the recent documentary by Ken Burns and his daughter Sarah.

“The Central Park Five” was about the kids who were framed to take the fall for the rape and severe beating of a woman in Central Park back in 1989. Big story, and this image was a surprise to say the least…
