Anyone who was in New York back in the ’80s should remember the “Guardian Angels” They rode the subways and congregated around 42d Street and other places where they felt they were needed. Their leader Curtis Sliwa became a talk radio guy for the conservatives.

Oh well…

  1. Interesting how times change. My guess is if the Guardian Angels formed a new group today, they’d all look like they went to a gym 8 days a week to add to the intimidation factor.
