“Monster” 1987
I saw this guy scraping the posters off of his newsstand and pulled over my taxi. I know the torn poster thing has been done for ages, but in 1987 I thought I was onto something new. Then I saw Walker Evans Minstrel Showbill photos taken 50 years earlier…Oh well.
